Features of the HP-40 Liquid to Gas Transfill System.

  • Efficient
    • Our Patented (#5,819,544) system uses a pump emersed in 140 liters of Liquid Oxygen in a vacuum insulated container. Having the pump emersed in Liquid Oxygen eliminates the need for additional cools downs and to constantly flow Oxygen through the pump. This feature dramatically cuts losses, costs and eliminates pump cavitation which makes the HP-40 the most efficient system on the market. Competitive systems require that the pump be cooled down before every use and that liquid Oxygen continually flow through the pump which dramatically raises cost due to liquid and time losses.
  • Safe
    • The HP-40 has 5 independent safety device systems.
    • They include
      • Automatic Shutoff Timer, automatically shuts down the system.
      • 3 Independent Pressure Relief Valves, one on the high pressure side, one on the “H” manifold and one on the “E” manifold.
      • Rupture Discs
      • 3 Speed Controls, located on the lower portion of the “E” manifold.
      • High and Low Pressure Switches, one to shut down the system (high pressure) and one for the alarm (low pressure).
  • Independent or Simultaneous Manifold Operation
    • Two high pressure regulators mounted on the control manifold allow independent or simultaneous operation of both the “H” and “E” manifolds. The regulators along with the safety relief valves help to insure that the cylinders will not be over pressurized.
  • Full Turn Key System
    • The Complete HP-40 Liquid to Gas Transfill System is the only system on the market that does not require additional piping, other than vent lines. It comes complete with all manifolds, regulators, safety devises, control devises, vacuum pump, control panel and pigtails all mounted, piped and wired on a Stainless Steel Skid ready for operation.

    • Simply pipe the the system vents out doors, connect the electric power and fill the tank.
