The HP-40 Electric Drive Transfill System with optional vacuum pump, 20 cylinder carts, E and H manifolds is a complete turn key product. The HP-40 is the most efficient and reliable Liquid to Gas transfill system available. It does not require constant or continual cool downs that other transfill systems require. Having to continually and constantly flow liquid from a Dewar or stand tank to an external pump greatly increases product losses and operational costs. The HP-40 pump is installed in a 140 Liter container and immersed directly into the liquid. There are no additional cool downs needed after the initial cool down. This design also virtually eliminates pump cavitaion which is prevalent in most other transfill system designs. When a pump cavitates it stops pumping, the system must be shut down and the pump has to be re-cooled. This translates into higher product losses, lost filling times and overall higher operating costs. Homecare providers can significantly offset the costs of accreditation and competitive bidding by filling their own cylinders using the HP-40 Liquid to Gas Transfill System.
